What we don't do
We're not a law firm, we don't give legal advice, and we don't decide your claim. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration or any government agency — you can always apply directly and for free at ssa.gov. Submitting a form or calling us does not create an attorney-client relationship; that happens only if you and a representative agree to work together.
How we're paid
Participating attorneys, advocates and marketing partners pay us for connecting them with people who may need their help. That's how getting started stays free for you. It never changes what a representative may charge — those fees are set by SSA rules — and it never obligates you to hire anyone.
